Gordon L. Wicker has been with the firm since 1993 and is the Chief Operations Officer. Mr. Wicker has 16 years of appraisal experience in both residential and commercial disciplines, and is a Certified General Appraiser in the State of Arizona . He obtained his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Arizona, with majors in finance and real estate, and is
an associate member of the Appraisal Institute
working towards membership under the supervision of Mr. Bradley. Mr. Wicker specializes in the appraisal of industrial facilities, office and retail buildings, environmental impact analysis, and appraisal reviews.
